Residing in Canberra,
Halina has exhibited with Canberra Botanical 2003-6, Wildlife &
Botanical Artists ACT 2003-8, Botanica 2004,5,7,8 and 10th Annual
Botanical Art Exhibition at Filoli Center, California in 2008.
She was
awarded a Silver Medal by RHS, Westminster, London 2004 for Native
Hibiscus, as well as awards from Wildlife & Botanical Artists ACT.
Two
native hibiscus paintings were accepted by the Hunt Institute of
Botanical Documentation in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, USA in 2007 for
their collection.
She is
a member of the Florilegium Society of the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney,
and her painting is in the permanent collection of the Botanic Gardens
Trust.
