Sydney born Helen Eyre Pikler
enjoyed a long and successful career as a commercial artist where she
developed fine skills in highly detailed artwork. Retirement now provides
the perfect opportunity to pursue her passion for painting, now focused on
botanical illustration where her early training is well proving its worth.
A member of the Botanical Art
Society of Australia since 2002, she exhibits annually and has won several
awards. Other exhibitions include the Friends of the Royal Botanic Gardens
Sydney annual exhibition 'Botanica' and the Canberra Botanica annual
exhibition.
Many of Helen's paintings and
commissions are in private collections throughout Australia and
internationally.
