MIFGS 2015

For the third year BASA members have exhibited their work at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show which was held from March 25 to March 29. The show is the largest flower and garden show in Australia and attracts thousands of visitors from interstate and overseas. The Melbourne Exhibition Building in which the art is displayed is a beautiful 135 year old heritage-listed building and one of the worlds oldest exhibition buildings.
This year 17 artists entered the show with 40 works. Seven of the works were sold ranging in value from $180 to $680.
