Harriet's botanical art journey began in 2018 when she attended a workshop on the Hawaiian island of Kauai, hosted by American coloured pencil artist, Wendy Hollender. The experience offered her a new way to explore her lifelong love of pattern and colour and made her feel more connected to the world around her. It made Harriet look closely at her surroundings and gave her a way to document nature's diversity. She has continued drawing in coloured pencil ever since and looks forward to the opportunity to share her works with others.
